Calling for help early reduces the severity of injuries
A person is often only capable of simple and quick action in a stressful situation. Finding a mobile phone and glasses makes it much more difficult for a senior to call for help. Pressing a single button on a sensor can be handled by touch, with poor eyesight and impaired fine motor skills. Calling for help in a timely manner can prevent hours of helplessness, reduce health risks or avoid being taken to hospital.

How the button works
When the senior presses the button, the set list of recipients is contacted in turn. Recipients of messages can be family, relatives, neighbours and friends or municipal staff.
1. A person in distress
Pressing the button on the sensor sends a message that the owner needs help. The sensor will acknowledge receipt of the message to the senior.
2. Nonstop message forwarding
The message is received by the automatic Senzoor control panel and distributed to the list of recipients. Recipients are contacted by SMS and automatic phone call in turn until someone accepts the call.
3. Verification and resolution of the situation
The recipient who has received the call will soon verify the situation to the best of his/her ability. He or she will call or visit the senior citizen.

The Senzoor Klik SOS device works on the NB-loT radio network, which enables data transmission with high reliability, easier penetration of the signal through obstacles, and is characterized by lower energy consumption. That is that it works better even in remote areas. Our devices include a unique Vodafone SIM card.
