The alert is announced by call, SMS or email. At the same time, the exact location of the device is recorded.

1. Press the button (must be pressed for two to three seconds)

Pressing the button on the device triggers the alarm and its delivery by email, SMS or phone call. At the same time, the location of the device is also sent and can be viewed in the web interface under the “Map” tab. The sending of this alert is then confirmed by an acoustic signal and vibration of the device.

2. Non-stop message transmission

The message is received by the automatic Senzoor control panel and ensures its distribution to the list of recipients. The function is not dependent on any operator, but everything is handled by our control panel. Recipients are contacted by SMS, email and automatic phone call in turn until the call is received by one of the contacts. In case someone answers the alarm information call, the others are informed by SMS.

3. Verification and resolution of the situation

The recipient, who has received the call within a few seconds after pressing the button, has the opportunity to verify the situation and, if necessary, inform the others himself. In the web interface, they can view a map showing the current location of the device when the SOS button was pressed and the history of the automatically recorded location.

Wherever standard solutions are no longer sufficient

The Senzoor Klik SOS is a small box with an SOS button designed for independent seniors and others who need the reassurance of calling for help if their health deteriorates or in other emergency situations. Especially in their own home, where even loved ones will be looking for it.

In contrast, Senzoor Klik Loc can be called a “technological gadget”. Linking the Locator to the SOS button offers many uses for which the standard Senzoor Klik SOS is no longer suitable. Especially for situations where the location of the device needs to be monitored regularly or to send the exact location immediately in case of an emergency.

The device uses a modern NB-IoT network that has wide coverage and low power consumption. The device’s battery lasts up to 1 year

The battery in the device lasts up to a year, taking the worry out of regular charging. The battery capacity decreases depending on the intensity of communication (location messages, SOS alarms). If the location frequency is set to 10 minutes, the battery life is reduced to about 3 to 4 months depending on the strength of the NB-IoT network signal. You will be notified by email and SMS when the battery needs to be replaced. This is a commercially available CR2450 battery.

The device uses a modern NB-IoT network that has wide coverage and low power consumption. Thanks to this technology, the device communicates even in places where there is no longer a standard mobile phone signal. The SIM card is included and there is no need to purchase anything. In order to achieve extremely long battery life, the device does not determine its location using energy-intensive GPS, but uses visible ambient WiFi and NB-IoT (mobile operator) networks. The device does not connect to WiFi networks, it only scans them – position accuracy up to twenty meters. In the absence of nearby WiFi networks, the location is determined by the operator station with which the device communicates – accuracy up to fifteen hundred meters.
